Business Strategy Analyst
OVERALL OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSE
Primary objective is to support the Northstar team’s business decision making by providing timely, action oriented insights and strategic guidance to support executive business decisions.

- Moderate-Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills (preparing and delivering)

Promotions Intern – Chicago, IL
Assist the Promotions team in concepting, organizing, activating and recapping successful brand building promotions throughout the summer. The Promotions Intern will work directly with the internal Promotions team as well as in conjunction with the Promotional Agency of Record to fulfill all responsibilities.
Candidates must currently be enrolled in:
1) An accredited college or university;
2) A non-college technical school, recognized and approved by the Company; or
3) A community or professional society program, as long as the course is clearly job-related and approved by the Company.
Intern must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Licensing Support Intern – Bolingbrook, IL
Responsible for supporting Northstar Licensing team.
Create electronic library of all applications for selling lottery tickets collected to date (4,000+). This activity will include developing a structure and naming conventions allowing ease of search by region and retailer number; scanning all application and organizing electronically. Preparing newly received applications for distribution within Northstar and Illinois Lottery Licensing including making copies and mailings. Support of other projects as required.

Regional Sales Program Manager Southern Illinois
OVERALL OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSE
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for delivering sales and profit results for their respective Regional sales territory. He/she is responsible for the management of all Lottery sales personnel within the Region consistent with the Employee Use Agreement signed between Northstar Lottery Group and the State of Illinois on January 18th, 2011. He/she is also responsible for the management of Northstar sales staff assigned to service specific territories within the Region on a temporary basis.

Retail Specialist Region 2 Far North (Gurnee, Mundelein, Waukegan)
Retail Specialists are responsible for wide variety of sales functions associated with increasing sales of the existing lottery locations, training and developing new lottery
accounts, providing temporary coverage for sales territories etc. Retail Specialist understands all aspects of lottery operation at retail. To achieve objectives set in the business plan, Northstar relies on Retail Specialist to be flexible and nimble, ready to accept changing priorities and assignments, staying focused on top revenue generating initiatives. Works with both Northstar and Lottery/EUA sales and marketing teams for the achievement of revenue generation, short and long-term goals in line with company vision and values.
