Sales Force Automation Solution RFP
Northstar Lottery Group, LLC has issued an amended RFP for the Sales Force Automation Solution which was originally issued on May 16, 2012.
Northstar Lottery has posted the Amended Q&A for Sales Force Automation Solution.
The anticipated date for Bidder Demonstrations has moved from the week of June 18-22 to June 27-28. As set forth in the RFP only selected Bidders will be invited to make product demonstrations.
Northstar is interested in receiving pricing for a Sales Force Automation Solution included in this RFP and is requesting proposals from a number of potential suppliers. Northstar is seeking Bidders to provide a Sales Force Automation Solution (Solution) which includes but is not limited to software, hardware, training and support for Northstar’s Sales teams. Northstar requests that all Bidders examine the specific requirements contained in this RFP and prepare their responses pursuant to the terms of this RFP.
While Northstar expects to make an award to a single vendor, Northstar reserves the right to award to multiple vendors. Following notification of award and subsequent successful negotiation, if required, Northstar will issue a Purchase Order that will contain additional terms and conditions with which the Successful Bidder(s) will be required to comply.

Lottery Sales Force Automation Solution RFI
In preparation for an RFP for an automated sales force solution, Northstar is interested in receiving information on commercially available products to support the technical and business requirements identified in this RFI. Further, we seek suggestions and/or recommendations of functions and features that are not listed here but would be of benefit to Northstar.
Northstar seeks the ability to preview a demonstration of currently deployed in market software and hardware solutions including mobile devices if available. In addition, Northstar seeks to understand the estimated development, testing and full rollout timeline to market for solutions once an award is made. Responses to this RFI are due by 5:00PM CST on Friday February 10, 2012.

Northstar awarded RFP#11-S-0013 for Retail Merchandising Services to Driveline Retail Merchandising, Inc. on March 6, 2012.

Northstar is seeking one or more Bidders to provide base “route services” in-store execution against specific project elements that will be unique by retail chain. Northstar is soliciting competitive proposals from responsible, responsive, qualified Bidders to provide creative advertising services for all Lottery products. Northstar requests that all Bidders examine the specific requirements contained in this RFP and prepare their responses pursuant to the terms of this RFP.
Following notification of award and subsequent successful negotiation if required, Northstar will enter into a Subcontract with the one or more Successful Bidder(s) and the Successful Bidder(s) will then be a Subcontractor to Northstar. A form of the Subcontract will be distributed during Phase II of the RFP. The initial term of the Subcontract shall commence on the date set forth in the Subcontract through December 31, 2014. Northstar, at its sole option and based upon business needs, may exercise its option to renew the subcontract annually for up to three (3) annual periods thereafter through December 31, 2017.
NORTHSTAR WILL CONSIDER PROPOSALS FROM INDIVIDUAL FIRMS AND JOINT PROPOSALS FROM TWO OR MORE FIRMS THAT ARE STRUCTURED TO DELIVER THE FULL ARRAY OF CREATIVE ADVERTISING SERVICES REQUESTED IN THIS RFP. Website Hosting Services
Please note: Northstar has extended the due date for the Website Hosting Services RFP# 11-S-0012 to December 16, 2011 at 5:00 PM CST.
